Upload 1–3 clear, front-facing photos with your pet’s face unobstructed. Add their name or a short message, and let us know about any special features you’d like us to capture.

Hand-Painted & Kiln-Fired
We’ll begin painting directly from your photos and carefully fire your piece in the kiln. Please allow approximately 25 days for production, plus delivery—usually within 7 days for most destinations.

What kind of pet photo works best?
A clear, well-lit, front-facing photo works best. Please make sure your pet’s face and any distinctive features are easy to see. You may send 1–3 reference photos.
Can you include more than one pet?
Yes. One pet is included by default, and selected mug styles can feature up to three pets. Pricing varies by mug type, so please check the options on the product page before ordering.
Can I add a name, date, or short message?
Yes. You can add a pet’s name, a date, or a short message. We recommend keeping the wording brief so it complements the design without making the finished piece feel crowded.
Will I see a sketch or proof before production?
No. We begin creating your piece directly from the photos and personalization details you provide, so a sketch or digital proof is not sent before production. Please check your photos, spelling, and order details carefully before submitting your order.
How long will my order take?
Production usually takes around 25 days. Delivery time is separate and usually takes around 7 days after dispatch. As every piece is handmade, these timeframes are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates.
Can you send my order directly as a gift?
Yes. We can send your order directly to the recipient and include a gift message. Please provide the recipient’s delivery details and your message when placing the order.
